Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of LiPi, software developed by Parth Bhawar in association with Creative Computers Academy ("LiPi", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or activating LiPi, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

A LiPi license is a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on a single machine, tied to that machine's fingerprint. Licenses are issued for a fixed duration:

• Student Plan — 4 months from activation
• Institute Plan — 12 months from activation

A license key may only be activated on one machine at a time. Activating it on a different machine requires contacting support.

2. Restrictions

You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App; redistribute, resell, rent, or sublicense the App or your license key; remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices; or use the App to build a competing product.

3. Payment & Activation

Payment is made via UPI directly to our published UPI ID. After payment, send your payment screenshot via WhatsApp or email along with the name the license should be issued to. License keys are typically issued within a few hours of payment confirmation, during normal business hours.

4. Refunds

If you have paid but not yet received or activated a license key, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment. Once a license key has been issued and activated, the purchase is non-refundable, as the software is immediately usable digital content. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion for duplicate payments or technical issues preventing activation.

5. Platform Availability

LiPi is currently available for Windows only. A macOS version is planned but not yet available; purchasing a license does not guarantee a specific macOS release date.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

LiPi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific exam outcomes or typing speed results from using the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Termination

We may revoke a license if these Terms are violated, if payment is reversed or disputed (chargeback), or if the license key is shared or used on unauthorized machines.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
